There's no better aroma than a kitchen with thick, tender pork chops cooking in the oven! It's nice in winter, fall and early spring, too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good and so adaptable to other meats and veggies. Very good and so adaptable to other meats and veggies. A great overall dish to have on my list. I have changed the veggies and occasionally switched the pork chops to chicken breasts and even polish sausage. I did line my pan with foil (wonderful) and I put the veggies in the oven for 15 minutes before I took them out and put the meat on top. We like our veggies soft. Thanks for the idea.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipie was very easy to make. This recipie was very easy to make. The pork chops came out perfect, very moist and delicious, and the veggies tasted great with the italian dressing. I substituted zucchini for the squash, and did not add the potatoes b/c I made mashed potatoes as a side and it still came out great. I would make this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a great recipe. This was a great recipe. My husband loves pork chops. I didn't use the extra crispy recipe but they turned out just perfect anyway. I am making this again but I am going to use balsamic vinegarette dressing instead of italian. The italian dressing just wasn't the right taste for us.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really liked this and do not usually like pork chops. I really liked this and do not usually like pork chops. Like previous reviewers, I substituted celery for squash and opted for balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the veggies. I would also do as others have suggested and cook veggies longer, they were a little underdone.

I thought this recipe was horrible the porkchops and vegetables didn't have a flavor at all very bland and oily from the dressing. I think this recipe might be good if you marinated the porkchops in the italian dressing and put them on the grill vs in the oven.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Both my husband and 12-year old son loved this and even ate the leftovers! Both my husband and 12-year old son loved this and even ate the leftovers! I substitued celery for the squash, which none of us really like, and it was great. The chops stayed moist and reheated well. I will definitely make this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really enjoyed this! I really enjoyed this! I used peeled potatoes instead of frozen wedges though. I'll probably use the frozen wedges next time though because the potatoes weren't quite done. But this is definately something I'm going to make again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy, family friendly dinner. Easy, family friendly dinner. Instead of frozen potato wedges, I used small potatoes quartered. I also used Italian seasoned Shake and Bake. Family loved it. I also would cook veggies 10-15 before adding pork chops.
