I wanted to try something different than the usual bag mix and bottle of dressing salad so I made this salad for an anniversary celebration. It was awesome! Everyone loved it and it was super easy to put together. Will definitely make again
I made this for my first Christmas dinner and 8 years ago and my family still raves about it and requests it.
Love this recipe, def scored some brownie points with the in-laws I make it every get together. I did change it a little. I use almond slices, feta cheese and sometimes apples instead of pears. I marinade the apples longer than the pears.
