what you need

1-1/2
cups  raisin bran cereal
1-1/3
cups  flour
1
Tbsp.  CALUMET Baking Powder
1-1/4
cups  frozen blueberries
1
 egg
1/2
cup  sugar
1
cup  milk
1/3
cup  butter or margarine, melted

Make It

MIX cereal, flour and baking powder in large bowl; stir in frozen blueberries. Beat egg in medium bowl; mix in sugar until well blended. Stir in milk and butter. Add to cereal mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)

SPOON batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.

BAKE at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

How to
Keep berries completely frozen until stirred into batter. This will minimize bleeding and gumminess in baked muffins.
Special Extra
Mix 2 Tbsp. crushed cereal, 2 Tbsp. sugar and dash ground cinnamon. Dip baked muffin tops into 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine and sprinkle with cereal mixture.
