I've made this one numerous times and have found it to be a very nice textured healthy muffin containing quite a lot of fiber. I use plain bran flakes and then add around 1/2 to 3/4 cup of my own golden or sometimes the brown type raisins. Instead of baking powder, I sub 1 1/2 tsp. of baking soda, so I can use buttermilk instead of the milk, and 1/3 cup (as it's marked on the stick) of butter, I melt and cool before adding. I've also, subbed fruits other than blueberries. These are definitely a keeper!
