Assemble foil packet as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake at 450°F for 15 min. or until vegetables are tender. Open top of packet; sprinkle vegetables with cheese. Let stand 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

i love to grill and made this last time we had ribs. so good i completely forgot to add the parm afterwards. these are some of my favorite veggies; i always add tomatoes to the grill anyway. will be having it alot this summer.
This was pretty good. I added italian seasoning, salt and pepper and some raw spinach to the packets and it was great! Tossed the leftovers with tomato sauce.
