I knew right away I needed to triple this recipe. We eat soup/chowder as a main dish so a cup each isn't enough. I used Italian sausage instead of BOCA and fresh vegatables (mushrooms, onions, celery and carrots). I hope the cup of vegatables meant a cup of each, which I did. I work until midnight and made this when I got home to have ready for lunch that day. The flavors had time to meld. YUM! My guys really enjoyed it. Thanks Kraft.
