Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Combine ingredients.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

Best of Season

Substitute other vegetables as desired. If cherry tomatoes are not available, use coarsely chopped plum tomatoes instead. Or, substitute chopped red and/or green peppers for the cucumbers.

Using Unpeeled Cucumbers

When using unpeeled cucumbers, be sure to scrub them before chopping. If the cucumber has been heavily waxed, then peel it before chopping it.

Variation

To make this delicious pasta salad a hit with your kids, omit olives and onions. Prepare using your favorite pasta shape and substituting cubed KRAFT Cheddar Cheese for the feta cheese.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this salad for my family and it was a HUGE success! I made this salad for my family and it was a HUGE success! I put the diced onions, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, and cucumbers in bowls on the side so that my picky family members could customize their salads to their liking. That worked out very well. I would DEFINITELY make this again...in fact, the first weekend I tried it, I made it again 3 more times :) I plan to make this at least once a week from now on. It's great alone, or as a side dish! If you're tired of green salads, why not substitute this and bring a little variety to the dinner table?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is similar to what I made for our Father's Day cookout and everyone loved it. This is similar to what I made for our Father's Day cookout and everyone loved it. I substituted low-fat pepperoni for the feta cheese and added some minced garlic and additional veggies: green pepper, broccoli, or whatever you have on hand and then sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Even the kids liked it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this is the most awesome pasta salad ever! this is the most awesome pasta salad ever! you have got to make this! but i have one tip, i didn't use the dressing that they said to use. i used the seven seas italian dressing which is also from kraft. it went awesome on it and it is two dollars cheaper. i know that it was awesome because i made it to bring to a pot luck buffet and when it was checked back on it had been totaly eaten!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My friends and family love this recipe! My friends and family love this recipe! I take it to all potlucks that we have. It's really easy and quick to make. I do add more dressing if I make it ahead. Also I leave out the tomatoes and squash. I use Kraft cheddar or mozzarella crumbles instead of the feta. I have put in cucumbers in and everyone liked it. I also have put pepperoni slices cut again in it and it tastes great! I use this recipe all the time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I make this pasta salad all the time! I make this pasta salad all the time!! I change it up a bit I use wheat pasta noodles (instead of tricolor) I also add Broccoli and cauliflour also I use a fat free dressing and now the feta comes in a reduced fat that taste the same and the full fat version. Just a way that still tastes great but looses some of the fat and calories and adds fiber! It's not as pretty but healthier!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found this to be quick and easy to make. I found this to be quick and easy to make. I served it as a side dish. The whole family loved it. I used feta cheese with mediteranian herbs that I found already crumbled at the local market. It also tastes even better as left overs because all of the flavors mix. Be aware this makes a lot. If you are serving 2-3 people half the reciept, even if they have hearty appetites

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is such a great spring/summer dish! This is such a great spring/summer dish! You can use whatever veggies are readily available and customize it to your family's taste. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because I didn't think the recipe called for enough dressing. I added more. I also usually throw in a can of chunk chicken to make it a meal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is so easy and a crowd please, I now have request for it all of the time. This recipe is so easy and a crowd please, I now have request for it all of the time. The only variation I make is to add a little more dressing and I also add in a dry pack of Italian seasoning for extra flavor. I have also started adding tortellini in the pasta mix. Grilled chicken and broccoli added is also great.
