Serve with our Easy Whipped Feta Spread. To prepare, process 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) ATHENOS Crumbled Feta with Basil & Tomato and 1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese in food processor until blended. Add your choice of toppings, such as roasted red peppers, KRAFT Shaved Parmesan Cheese, prepared tapenade, oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, and/or fresh herbs, such as basil, thyme or oregano.
Serve with ATHENOS Original or Red Pepper Hummus.
Crostini can be prepared ahead of time. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days before serving.
