Two slices of cheese was too much, and the miracle whip turned black instead of golden brown. The peppers added a nice flavor, but the sandwich as a whole was boring.
I made this with the tomatoes and oregano because I couldn't open the jar of red peppers lol. It reminded me of how I used to make my grilled cheese when I was young. I will make it with the peppers next time.
