  • Whisk lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil and garlic until blended. Reserve 1/2 cup lemon juice mixture for later use.
  • Pour remaining lemon juice mixture over shrimp in shallow dish; toss to evenly coat shrimp. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Grill shrimp 4 to 5 min. or until they turn pink, turning after 3 min.
  • Cover large plate with salad greens; top with shrimp. Drizzle with reserved lemon juice mixture; sprinkle with lemon zest.

Marinate shrimp as directed. Drain; discard marinade. Spray large heavy skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Serve as directed.
