  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix lemon juice and sugar until blended. Add to onions; toss to evenly coat.
  • Reserve 1 Tbsp. dressing; brush onto steak. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Transfer to cutting board; let stand 5 min. before cutting across the grain into thin slices. Meanwhile, toss all remaining ingredients except pretzels with remaining dressing; place on 2 plates.
  • Top salads with meat, onions and pretzels.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a whole grain roll and cold glass of fat-free milk to round out the meal.
