I sliced new red potatoes thinly and added to the mixture, and layered the bottom of my grill pan with that new nonstick grill paper. everything cooked up nicely, and browned.. also cooked the plank salmon at the same time, right next to it on the grill.. everything came out great, and all at the same time.. I like adding garlic to everything, so minced garlic is a must for this dish, too

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THIS was surprizingly awesome! THIS was surprizingly awesome!!! The recipe doesn't sound all that awesome, but it WAS!! I used a grill basket,so i didn't get the grill-marks shown in the picture there, tho. Actually, we ran outa room on the grills, and i put some in foil, stuffed that down somewhere in the grill sides, and even those came out tasty. I put WAY more cheese than it called for, probably more drsg too, didn't measure it...

I really didn't think the dressing and parmesan would make THAT much of a difference. I sure am glad I tried this. Will definitely be making again! (Oh, I cut all my veggies up and placed them in a foil bag with some butter and a little seasoning salt before placing on the grill.)

I added vadalia onion and marinated this in a little olive oil, salad supreme, and garlic and herb seasoning overnight. The next day I added cherry tomatoes and pinnapple. It was a big hit at my cook out! I even put some of them on skewers and made veggie kabobs. They loved em!!!

We have this about once a week--we omit the dressing, also add summer squash & Onions and stir fry in a little olive oil and add Italian seasonings-sweet basil,garlic, thyme & oregano- then top with Parmesan cheese, when serving. Low in calories and tastes yummy!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from i do make this with the veggies and parmesan cheese quite often. i do make this with the veggies and parmesan cheese quite often. however, i use olive oil instead and i add alot of garlic and some coarse ground pepper. i also add yellow squash, red onion, a few slices of potatoes. it gets eaten very fast at our house.

I only had about half of the veggies that the recipe called for so I just 'guessed' at the amt of dressing to use. Also, I used Asiago cheese instead of parmesan. This was very easy and very tasty.

Also, I like to add course ground pepper, garlic, and fresh basil. I carmelize onions and then saute' the peppers and zucchini. Pecorino-romano cheese is also good
