The only thing I did differently was about 40 mins into the baking they looked a little dry so I added about 1/8cup more italian dressing and mixed it up and threw it back in the oven. I will definately make this again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I think these were very good before I added the cheese and bacon. I think these were very good before I added the cheese and bacon. I would make them again and maybe leave off the cheese and bacon so they are healthier. I can't believe salad dressing made them good! I used baby new potatoes and cut them into quarters.

I added grape tomatoes and real garlic instead of garlic powder. It was wonderful. I did notice that it took longer to cook than what was listed. I will make this again!

I thought I had cut the chunks small enough (after reading others' recommendations) but they must have still been to big this took an hour for the potatoes to become fully cooked. Despite that it was still delicious.

I made this recipe with russet potatoes instead of the red and it just didn't come out very well. It needed more seasoning. I might try to make it again using the red potatoes and see if that makes a difference.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good. This was very good. The recipe says to gut the potatoes into large chunks, but I would chop them a little smaller next time so that they get done in the time stated. I also left out the onion- still delicious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is so yummy! This is so yummy! I couldn't find the Neufchatel cheese, but the deli told me that cream cheese is a very similar taste, so I went with that. Made it for a couple BBQ's this summer, and it was a HIT!!
