Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've made this several times for friends and we all love it. I've made this several times for friends and we all love it. I used fresh broccoli heads, about 4 cups, chopped them small, boiled them with chopped red pepper instead of pimentos, for 5 minutes.I also used about half the Parmesan cheese and lite mayo instead of Miracle Whip.

I would agree with another reviewer that "zesty" is probably not a good adjective to describe this recipe.
