I read all the reviews and had a few concerns about whether this would be servable or not. I went ahead and made it for a Thanksgiving appetizer but made a few changes. I added extra broccoli (chopped pretty small, but not too small), extra cheese, mainly mozzarella b/c I ran out of parm., and I added a packet of DRY RANCH DRESSING MIX! It was awesome!!! Served with Ranch Wheat Thins. (I don't know what it tastes like when you follow exactly)

The last time I made this, I added mayo instead with a touch of sour cream and cream cheese along with the shredded cheese. I also added tabasco sauce and some diced jalapeno peppers for some zip and spinich. I change it up every time I make it and it always tastes great. It certainly is not a lowfat dish, but when you make it for parties, that's not at the top everyone's list, they look for taste and this hits the spot!

I had this @ Thanksgiving and it was good, although when I make it for Christmas I'm going to add mayo and cream cheese in place of the Miracle Whip. Also I'll add fresh garlic to the mix and add red onion on the top just b/4 serving. The comments and ratings really helped me to make it better. Thanks!!

So, I put the fat right back in this dish by using shredded Kraft Double-Cheddar instead of the lite mozarella and parmesean -but wow was it snapped right up. My hungry teacher co-workers finished it off in 5 minutes. It was so popular I brought it back the next week!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this for a Sunday School Christmas party. I made this for a Sunday School Christmas party. I used more shredded mozzarella cheese than called for in the recipe. There was only a little left in the dish. I had many compliments, and several asked for the recipe. I definitely would make this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This recipe calls for Miracle Whip. This recipe calls for Miracle Whip. I used half Miracle Whip and half real Mayonaise. It was still really sweet and tasted like mayonaise on broccoli and cauliflower. It was bairly touched at my Christmas party. I would never make this again.
