  • Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over fish. Cover with foil; cut several slits in top of foil to vent.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve topped with vegetable mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Thinly slice 4 medium red potatoes and toss with packet of GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Dressing Mix. Place evenly in 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in oven along with salmon. What a great combination!

    This is an excellent tasting recipe. I used to hate salmon, but tried this recipe in an effort to try new meals and I could not believe how good it tasted. My daughter and I absolutely love this recipe!!
