It’s easy to adjust this recipe for kids or for anyone who likes a little less spice. Prepare as directed using RO*TEL Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, featuring the ripest, plumpest tomatoes but with a little less kick.
Follow the package directions to ensure that enough water is used for cooking the pasta. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente (tender but still a little firm to the bite), stirring frequently. To prevent pasta from sticking, add it slowly to plenty of boiling water and stir frequently while cooking. Adding oil to the cooking water is not recommended because some sauces may not cling to pasta coated with oil.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.

It's very good but NOT for children! A little too spicy for them I think, The next I make it I will put in a baking dish & throw on some cheddar cheese then dry bread crumbs then bake to a light brown!:)
The husband and I loved this dish! Although I did not realize the small amount of chiles would make it too spicy for my children. Overall very tasty
