Zesty Mac & Cheese

Diced tomatoes and green chiles make this mac and cheese as colorful as it is zesty!

What You Need

pkg.   (16 oz.) elbow macaroni
lb.   (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-nch cubes
can   (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
cup  milk

Make It

COOK macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain.

MICROWAVE VELVEETA and tomatoes in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min. Stir in milk.

ADD macaroni to VELVEETA sauce; stir to evenly coat.

Preparing Perfect Pasta
Follow the package directions to ensure that enough water is used for cooking the pasta. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente (tender but still a little firm to the bite), stirring frequently. To prevent pasta from sticking, add it slowly to plenty of boiling water and stir frequently while cooking. Adding oil to the cooking water is not recommended because some sauces may not cling to pasta coated with oil.
