What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

Tbsp. (1/2 of 1 pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

 carrots, finely shredded (about 1 cup)
1/2
cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1/4
cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing

Tbsp. less-sodium soy sauce
1-1/4
cups water
1-1/2
cups instant white rice, uncooked

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients; shape into 16 meatballs.

COOK meatballs in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
