What makes our new potato salad zesty? Tangy MIRACLE WHIP. Savory honey mustard. And some green onions for a nice, cold crunch.

What You Need

lb.  new potatoes, quartered
cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
 green onions, sliced
tsp.  GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
tsp.  honey
tsp.  black pepper

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 20 min. or until tender; drain.

MIX remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; mix lightly.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

Special Extra
Stir in 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives, tarragon or basil, before chilling.
Peeling Green-Skinned Potatoes
If potatoes have a slight green tinge to the skin, be sure to peel them before use. The green color is caused by prolonged exposure to the light and contains a substance that can be toxic.
