I clean all the corn, then paint it with mayo. Then comes the parmesan cheese and then a sprinkle of chili powder. Then wrap in heavy duty foil and grill for about 30 minutes on a medium heated grill. Yummy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweet corn is in season. Sweet corn is in season. My kids just love this quick and easy receipe. I remove husks and place the ears of corn in aluminum foil with 5 to 6 cubes of ice and the remaing ingredients on the top rack of the grill. The steam from the ice cubes melting cooks the corn to perfection.

If you like spicey food add a few drops of bottled hot sauce to your corn. It is truly delicious. We will make this corn everytime we barbecue.

It was worth the try but I am going back to my old stand by boiling the corn on the stove. Another thing that made this difficult was keeping an eye on 2 kids.
