Remove silk from ears of corn; rewrap ears in husks. Soak corn in husks in enough water to completely cover at least 2 hours. Preheat grill to high heat. Grill corn 20 min. or until tender. Remove husks.
Substitute butter or margarine for the mayo.

Awesome! Used butter on some instead of mayo. The results are still tasty good!
Although I baked it in the oven instead of the grill,it was very yummy! My entire family loved it and I would be more than happy to cook it for them again!
I really dont care for lime with corn, but I make the corn a little differently. I clean all the corn, then paint it with mayo. Then comes the parmesan cheese and then a sprinkle of chili powder. Then wrap in heavy duty foil and grill for about 30 minutes on a medium heated grill. Yummy!
