Rated 4 out of 5 by from So the pork chops were kinda ehhh... So the pork chops were kinda ehhh... but the veggies... OMG! I brushed them with the dressing mixture and put them on a grill pan and just let them carmelize while the pork chops cooked. Out of this world! I used red peppers, red onions, fresh mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash. My husband and I were fighting over the leftovers! If you're having trouble eating your veggies, try this recipe - just skip the pork chops!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The only complaint about this recipe is the way the meat and the vegetables tasted the same. The only complaint about this recipe is the way the meat and the vegetables tasted the same. The meat was very tender and juicy. I felt like the vegetables could have been marinated in some other kind of sauce, so that they wouldn't taste excately like the meat.

I put the veggies in a foil pack and used mushrooms instead of peppers. The flavor that the veggies had were awesome. I would do this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loves this recipe even my kids. My family loves this recipe even my kids. The marinade is great on the pork chops. I found the best thing to do is really tenderize the chops so the marinade soaks in everywhere. This is a regular on my recipe list.
