Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is the second time I made this. This is the second time I made this. I found a "citrus" pork loin. It was delicious. Just eyeball the horseradish and marmelade. If you put to much, no problem. The zesty juice at the bottom is delicous on the rice. Make sure the pork is thin and small. I've loved the tenderness of the pork that is cooked with this recipe. It is a great alternative when we are tired of meat. Good job!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good...I did not have horseradish sauce so I used mayo w/ some horseradish added. This was very good...I did not have horseradish sauce so I used mayo w/ some horseradish added. I think next time I would marinate the pork in the sauce/marmalade/salad dressing mixture overnight. Also, I think a little bit of ginger might add a little more flavor. I will try it again with these changes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this last night and it was great! I made this last night and it was great! I added a little bit of soy sauce and about a tbsp of brown sugar. It was tasty and not real heavy. The hubby even went back for seconds! I will definitely make it again!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was OK. It was OK. Not much flavor. If I make it again I'd add more spice - perhaps some red pepper flakes or soy sauce.
