Zesty Spaghetti a la PHILLY

Extra-lean ground beef and pasta get a zesty sauce made with PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, garlic powder, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.

What You Need

3/4
lb.  spaghetti, uncooked
1
lb.  extra-lean ground beef
2
Tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce
1
tsp.  dried oregano leaves
1
tsp.  garlic powder
1
jar  (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
4
oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, brown meat with Worcestershire sauce, oregano and garlic powder in large skillet. Stir in sauce and cream cheese; cook on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until sauce is blended and heated through, stirring frequently.

DRAIN spaghetti. Add to sauce; mix lightly. Place on platter; top with Parmesan.

Special Extra
Cook 1 cup each chopped bell peppers and onions with the ground beef.
Variation
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Special Extra
Thaw and drain 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach. Add to browned meat with the spaghetti sauce and cream cheese.
