Rated 1 out of 5 by from I made this Frittata this past week and it was horrible. I made this Frittata this past week and it was horrible. We were very excited to try something different but once we took our first bite we quickly made the decision that I would not make it again. It did taste a little better with a little bit of salsa added on top but other than that there was really no taste. What a waste of all them eggs!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my favorite recipie on this site! This is my favorite recipie on this site! I've made it 5 times (sometimes without green onions if I don't have them on hand.) I do make two changes: I dice the tomatoes instead of slice them, because it's easier to cut and eat. And I use turkey bacon instead of pork bacon (personal preference). This frittata is fantastic!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I love this website, it has so many great easy food, and entertaining ideas. I love this website, it has so many great easy food, and entertaining ideas. My favorite is the 5 in one bag. However this dish was terrible. It was very bland! This was disappointing considering the fact that it called for 6 eggs and cheese. An expensive meal that went right into the garbage. Sorry!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I like frittatas but the thought of spaghetti in one sounded like a bad texture combination. I like frittatas but the thought of spaghetti in one sounded like a bad texture combination. So I made some major modifications on this...left out the pasta and added in a little frozen spinach. It turned out really well. I also used an egg substitute for some of the eggs to cut down on the cholesterol.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well, I made this recipe again. Well, I made this recipe again. This time I used leftover spaghetti noodles with a butter/garlic sauce. Then I cooked the peas in a little bit of the bacon drippings. Then I used yellow tomatoes and red tomatoes for the top layer. It was beautiful and delicious! Even better then last time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was very mushy and bland. It was very mushy and bland. I did not like the texture, and it didn't really have any flavor. YOu also need to cook it longer than it said, because the egg mix in the middle needs to cook longer so it's not runny. :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I only used four eggs and substituted the peas for broccoli. I only used four eggs and substituted the peas for broccoli. It turned out pretty good, but most of the flavor is in the bacon and tomato. I will try it again some other time but use more of the two in the mixture.
