This was AWESOME. I added 8 oz. of ground turkey for me and my boyfriend. I cooked the turkey in a separate pan while the onions and zucchini were going. I used 3 zucchini's and 1 large white onion, and cut the water down to 1 cup. I couldn't believe how much flavor the zucchini's absorbed. It literally tasted just like spaghetti and without all the carbs!
