  • Mix reduced-fat cream cheese, horseradish and 4 egg yolks until well blended. Add ham and peppers; mix well. Refrigerate remaining yolks for another use. (See Tip.)
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture into egg white halves; sprinkle with paprika.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.

Creative Leftovers

Store leftover cooked egg yolks in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 4 days. Cut into slices, or crumble and use as a garnish on salads or cooked vegetables.
