This is so good. My whole family liked it and asked me to make it again soon. Usually we have left overs but not tonight.
This was pretty easy to make and really good but I think it could use some spices like garlic and red pepper flake. Just a little on the bland side.
Used brown rice, cooked separately with the juices before adding in with the meat and veggies. Used stir-fry veggies instead of just green pepper. Very good, but on the sweet side.
