  • Combine cucumbers, onions, olives and dressing; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Place 1 salami slice and 1 lettuce leaf in each pita bread half.
  • Stir ham into vegetable mixture; spoon evenly into pita halves.

Special Extra

Variation - Zorba's Greek Salad

Omit lettuce leaves and pita breads. Cut salami into 1-inch strips. Toss with marinated vegetable mixture and ham. Serve over torn mixed salad greens.
