I've never made zucchini bread before, but I had bought a couple at a farmer's market last week and didn't want to waste it. I thought it came out amazing! We didn't have any nuts or dates, so we skipped that step, but it still came out good. We were also short on sugar so we used about 3/4 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of brown sugar. came out great. Will definitely make again!
