Rated 4 out of 5 by from party favoritw I actually let this set for a few minutes after I mixed it, so the stuffing mix could absorb the water a bit better. Also found that it took longer to cook, and I flipped them over on the pan half way through cooking - that browned both sides better

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made the recipe exactly as written. I made the recipe exactly as written. I crushed the stuffing mix slightly before adding it to the rest of the ingredients, but even then, it was difficult to **** nice, even patties because it was just too chunky. They were not done (just fell apart) after 10 minutes in the oven; I ended up baking them nearly twice that long. The flavor was very good, but for the amount of work, and the expense of the ingredients, I probably won't be ****** these again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this to take to the neighborhood Christmas party. Made this to take to the neighborhood Christmas party. The wife tested it and LOVED it. She said they were "Outrageous". I served them at room temperature. The sauce was chilled. The only change to the recipe was I doubled everything (2x) BUT only added 1x the Sriracha sauce. I like only a tiny zip to my sauce. Very good and well received by everyone! Would have them again in a heartbeat!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good. Very good. A hit at party. On a second batch, I tried substituting an ingridient or two. No good. Follow this recipe and it will turn out great. Bigger chucks of crab work better. Smaller pieces make it easier to eat. Also, I had to bake longer than specified.
