Double recipe of cornbread, broken into fine pieces
1 egg, raw
3 or 4 green onions, tops too

Let's Make It
Cook shrimp about 15 minutes until they turn pink. Saute onions, celery, bell pepper and parsley in melted oleo until soft. Then add shrimp, cut into pieces. Add salt and pepper to your own taste.
Take shrimp mixture and add to the cornbread. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Add enough hot water (or chicken broth*), about 2 cups, to make a moist dressing. Add more salt and pepper to taste, including cayenne pepper and the green onions and tops. Put this dressing in an uncovered pan.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for about 30 to 45 minutes or until dressing is set. This freezes real well.
