1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
6 Tbsp oil
1 cup cold water
Frosting:
Crisco
Creamy peanut butter
Powdered sugar
Milk

Mix dry ingredients in an ungreased cake pan. Stir together. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Frosting: Cream together the Crisco and peanut butter. Start with small amounts like a half of a cup of Crisco & peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and milk. Mix ingredients for frosting until desired consistency and texture.
