Original recipe yields 1 serving
5 lb red potatoes
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1 or 2 green pepper
1 or 2 onions
Miracle Whip
Salt (to taste)
Paprika

Cook potatoes and cool overnight. Do the same with the eggs.

Chop green peppers and onions. Peel potatoes and eggs.

Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and fill bottom of bowl. Mix in some Miracle Whip, chopped eggs (a few,) some green peppers, onions and a little salt, and mix well. Repeat until all ingredients are gone. I smooth top of salad with back of spoon and lay sliced eggs on top and sprinkle with paprika.
