1 pkg (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 pkg Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix

Cook and drain vegetables. Mix soup, milk, cheese and seasoning packet from dressing together and melt either in microwave or on top of stove.

Place vegetables in 9 x 9 inch pan and pour cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle stuffing mix over this and drizzle melted butter over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until casserole bubbles.
