Grease jelly roll pan and lay graham crackers to cover pan.
Boil butter, margarine, and sugar for exactly 2 1/2 minutes. Pour hot mixture over crackers and spread to cover all. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°F. Remove from pan onto lightly greased foil.
