2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 (20 oz.) sauerkraut
2 tablespoons brown sugar
8 med potatoes
1 1/3 cup water

Brown ribs in oil. Add salt and pepper.

Put sauerkraut in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Place ribs and potatoes over kraut. Add water and cover.

Cook till meat and potatoes are tender.
