1/4 tsp pepper
2 (20 oz.) sauerkraut
2 tablespoons brown sugar
8 med potatoes

Brown ribs in oil. Add salt and pepper.

Put sauerkraut in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Place ribs and potatoes over kraut. Add water and cover.
