In microwave or in small sauce pan, melt margarine/butter. Add all dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour half of mixture on leg of lamb.
Bake in a 325 degrees F oven for 20 min/lb. While cooking in oven, baste with other half of mixture every 10-15 min of cooking time until meat is done.
