Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 bulk sausage
1/4 cup chopped green onions and tops
3/4 cup mayo or salad dressing
1 lb mushrooms whole, chop stems
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2 pan. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Press dough in bottom of pan with floured hands.

Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Mix sausage, onions and mayo. Add chopped mushrooms stems, and stir in.

Place whole mushrooms caps in rows on dough in pan. Place sausage mixture over mushrooms and sprinkle cheese overall and paprika. Cover loosely with foil.

Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake until cheese is bubbly about 5-10 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into pieces.
