Mix brown sugar and whipping cream and put in microwave. Cook, uncovered on high for 12 to 14 minutes.
Stir in softened butter, until blended and add pecans.
Let sit for a minute or so to thicken a little then drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Let cool.
