1 cup onion
1 cup celery
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 loaves of bread
1/4 cup parsley
Dried sage to taste
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup broth
2 eggs, beaten

Cut up onions and celery and simmer in butter until tender. Toast bread and break into cubes.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. May need to add more broth or egg for moistness.
