1 cup hot tap water
1/8 cup olive oil
2 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast
1 Tbsp sugar or honey
1 tsp salt

Mix with dough hook in Kitchen Aid or big spoon and bowl. Remove from bowl. Oil sides slightly, put dough back in and cover with cloth. Set somewhere warm to rise while you gather your favorite toppings!

When the dough has risen about 15 minutes to 1/2 hour, lightly oil pans and sprinkle with cornmeal, roll out doughs. Cover as desired with topping.

Bake 375-400°F for 15-20 minutes.
