1 cup milk, scalded
1/2 cup sugar
6 Tbsp butter
1 cup cold water
2 pkg yeast
3 cups flour
3 eggs, one at a time

Let's Make It

Mix milk, sugar and butter together in bowl. Add cold water, yeast, flour and eggs, one at a time. Use enough flour until it’s not sticky.

Let it rise to double in bulk. Roll out into rolls. Dip into melted butter. And let rise again.

Bake 350°F until golden brown.
