Combine rice, water, butter and salt in large saucepan, heat to boiling, then cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 25 minutes.
Mix together the soup, sour cream, seasonings and mustard, then add the vegetables and chicken. Heat over medium heat to bubbling, then cover and reduce heat to low and simmer until the rice is done. Serve chicken mix over rice.
