Crust:
1 cup unbleached flour
1/3 cup butter
< 4 Tablespoons water
pie:
5 cups (?) fresh sliced peaches
1 scant cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup plain flour
1 egg, beaten

Make pie crust, put in pie pan.

Fill one unbaked pie shell with fresh sliced peaches. Cream sugar and butter. Add flour and egg. Stir all together & spread over peaches.

Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
