Make small 1/2 - 1 inch balls and place on non-stick cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Sprinkle with sugar, if you haven't already rolled the balls in sugar.
The recipe calls for 375 degrees F oven, but I would lower it some. Bake until golden brown. Do not overbake. Let stand on cookie sheet for about 5 - 10 minutes then remove and finish cooling on cooling rack.
