Add chicken, broccoli, red pepper, cheddar cheese, garlic, mayo, dill, and salt together and put aside.
Unroll both pkg. of crescent rolls and make one big rectangle out of them. Put chicken mixture in the middle. With a pizza cutter, cut strips about 1 inch thick on either side of mixture then take strips and braid them over the mixture. Pinch and tuck both ends to close. Brush with egg white.
Cook for 20 to 30 minutes at 375°F.
