1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup hard apple cider
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp pepper

Cut ribs into strips. Whisk other ingredients together and pour over ribs.

Cover with foil and bake 325°F for 2 hours.

Remove foil, flip ribs, lower to 300°F and bake uncovered for 1 more hour. Turn ribs every 20 minutes while cooking.
