2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
Icing:
1 pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter & 4 Tbsp.
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into greased jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until a little brown. Let cool than ice with icing.
