Rinse roast and place in roasting pan with enough water in the roasting pan to cover the bottom of the pan (this will keep the meat moist and leave a great stock for gravy).
Rinse and wrap the sausage around the base of the roast. Cut carrots and celery and place on top of sausage around the roast. Sprinkle roast with soy sauce and top of entire entree with favorite seasoning.
Cover entree tightly with foil and place in 500 degree preheated oven. Cook for 35 minutes. Turn temperature down to 325 degrees, continue cooking for 30 minutes. Uncover roast and continue to cook for an additional 25 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool 15 minutes and serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
